At La Lot The Label, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

1. Create a Shipping Label: Generate a return shipping label through Post NL or DHL at your own expense.
2. Address for Returns: Send your return to the address listed in our 'Contact' section. Please use info@lalotthelabel.com for the track & trace code

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and process your refund promptly. Please note that the item(s) must be in their original condition with all tags attached.
